Return & Refund Policy

At Velora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for U.S. orders).
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original tags
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liner
  • Sale items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you - no return shipping required.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take additional processing time. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
