Shipping Policy

At Velora, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days. FREE on orders over $50, or $4.99 for orders under $50.

Express Shipping: 5-8 business days for $9.99.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping notification.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your package has not been updated in over 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
